Meet Lauren! As a Packaging Project Manager in Client Services, Lauren provides oversight and management of the complete clinical supply chain lifecycle on behalf of her clients. Activities include supply strategy through forecasting, comparator and ancillary sourcing, packaging, and labeling. She joined Fisher Clinical Services in 2012 as a Project Support Associate and within three years was promoted to her current position. Previously, Lauren was a corporate security investigator. She also completed training and received a certification with the Allentown Police Academy in Pennsylvania.
All of Lauren’s professional experiences contributed to her strong multi-tasking, investigating and organizational skills. This serves her well as her role requires developing the best options for client packaging needs. Lauren is a visual person who insists on sharing data, making lists with the end goal of helping clients meet (or beat) their study timelines.
Lauren has been praised by regional and global colleagues as one of the most responsive project managers, always eager to find solutions by offering different options regardless of the issue being faced. Lauren is noted for being transparent in her thoughts and processes both internally and externally.
